How to download candidate forms in Document Center directly?

When downloading forms and files in Document Center, user must have proper permissions and assigned group in order to use functionality. Follow the instruction below on how to utilize Document Center's Bulk Download functionality.

 Filter documents to download

• Step 1: Login to SAP SuccessFactors HCM and go to Onboarding
• Step 2: In Onboarding, click the sub-menu and go to document Center
• Step 3: Filter the documents using Advance Search functionality, see KBA 2279254 for detailed instruction

Note

It is advised to filter using date range to limit the search due to limitation of Document Center for maximum download limit

Bulk Download using Direct HTTP

Bulk Download using SFTP Export

Prerequisites:

Ensure that you have a folder created within the Outbound Folder in SFTP: Example from my demo /Outbound/SFPART0*****

Ensure the DocCenterStandardExportFeature is enabled in Super Admin.

Search for the documents you would like to BULK Download from Document Center to FTP.

Then Bulk Download them to the SFTP folder you created early.

Note: You only need to enter the folder name "SFPART0*****" since /Outbound/ is already hardcoded.

Click Save to FTP
