2538201 - Completion Status for External Event

Upon registering an External Event, there is no Completion Status shown for it.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Register an External Event for a User or have the User register for themselves
2. Go to the user's Learning History
3. There is no Completion Status shown for the External Event
4. There is also no Completion Status for that External Event in the Learning History Report.

It is the expected behavior for External Events, as the Completion Statuses are related to the item types.

The Grade field for External Events is free form, as a workaround it is possible to fill the Grade field with the desired Status as the Grade also reflects in the Reports.
