How to restrict Employee Referral Tracking to a certain group of users.

1. Go to Careers
2. Referral Tracking

The Referral Tracking tab will appear for all users once the Employee Referral feature is turned on.
There is no way to restrict this tab for a specific group of users.
It is however possible to restrict the ability to submit a referral for a specific group/pool of users,  This requires some additional configuration.

In order to restrict the ability to submit a referral, the following option in the Employee Referral Settings needs to be checked : “Check for employee referral permissions for adding candidate (pool and job specific)”

The appropriate RBP then need to be selected for each role who can submit the referrals :
Under Recruiting Permissions, select the “Employee referral – pool” And/Or “Employee referral – job specific” permissions.

Note: Enabling or Disabling the Employee Referral Feature is done by Professional Services/Partners.
