When trying to search by people in the Company Structure Overview UI, no result are returned, although you can find people with that object in their Job Information.

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to >Company Info >Company Structure Overview

Select a Company Structure
-
Select to Search By People
-
Search for a user, "There are no results" is returned
Cause
The object needs to have at least one visible field of type User, or at least one object for which Referencing Job Information Field has been maintained.
Resolution
Enable at least one visible field of data type "User" in each object listed in your company structure definition or configure at least one object for which Referencing Job Information Field has been maintained.
