2528677 - Can Recruiting Team edit job requisitions in pre-approved status?

Users added to Recruiting Team are not able to edit job requisitions in pre-approved status.

The system still respects the "Currently With" user in terms of edits when a requisition is in a pre-approved state. All members listed in Recruiting Team will just have access to view job requisition if they enabled "Allow users to view pre-approved requisitions without regard to route map status", but will not be able to edit it.

Recruiting team with write permission can only edit the job requisition once in "Approved" state.

Note: It has been confirmed by Product Management that the setting "Allow users to view pre-approved requisitions without regard to route map status" in manage recruiting settings applies to only the standard operator roles, ie R, S, O etc. For relational roles i.e GM, GMM, GM+ to have permissions they will have to enable "Allow managers above Hiring Manager to have access" in Manage Recruiting Team Settings.
