• HTTP error is encountered when importing content in Firefox or Chrome browser
• Unable to import content successfully using the import content tool

Navigate to Learning Administration > Content > Tools > Import Content > Import the file

• This can happen because the Import Content tool sometimes has problems with Firefox or Google Chrome due to issues with the third party Flash component
• It might also be an issue with the network, as when trying with other networks the content upload works fine

It is recommended to use Internet Explorer to import content
