2523736 - Termination possible even if Dismissal Protection is active for user

Employee can still be terminated, even when setting up Dismissal Protection for employee

• Employee Central

1. Navigate to the employee whose employee dismissal protection is active

2. Go to take action - Terminate

3. It should not allow Termination of the Employee because the employee is on LOA and dismissal protection is enabled, however, user can still get terminated

The event reason was set as the employee's Leave of Absense Event, which is the incorrect event.

• When you put the Employee under protection for specific dates(Manage Data > 'Employee Dismissal Protection')

• The Employee protection uses a dismissal protection configuration

• You need to define the Event reason as the Termination reason, the system will respect this protection against termination for the employee
