SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

• “Hide Visibility After Document Transfer” can be enabled via Admin Center > Form Template Settings
  
• When this option is enabled, the visibility of the form will be hidden from the old manager after the form gets transferred.
• Once enabled, it will only apply to new forms moving forward and existing live forms that will go through manager transfers.
• When you open the form template page the first time, all document transfer options are checked with the “Hide Visibility After Document Transfer” option unchecked:

• There will be two new rows when you check the “Hide Visibility After Document Transfer”: Manager and Matrix Manager
• The Admin Tool “Manage Document Visibility” will still be able to be used to control exception scenarios.
• The behaviors after document transfer include the following:

	Hide option unchecked (current behavior)	Hide option checked	Action
Inbox	The transferred forms are in old manager’s en-route box and new manager’s inbox.	The transferred forms are only in new manager’s inbox.	Hide the transferred forms in old manager’s en-route box.
En-route box	The transferred forms are in old manager’s en-route box and new manager’s en-route box.	The transferred forms are only in new manager’s en-route box.	Hide the transferred forms in old manager’s en-route box.
Completed box	The transferred forms are in old manager’s completed box and new manager’s completed box.	The transferred forms are only in new manager’s completed box.	Hide the transferred forms in old manager’s completed box.
