2509740 - Second Manager Column is Missing in the Employee Export or UDF

Second manager column not present in the user data file when exported.

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Employee Export
3. Select Export User File
4. SECOND_MANAGER column in missing

OR

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Compensation Home
3. Select Action for all plans
4. Select Import/Export Data > Export User File
5. SECOND_MANAGER column in missing

In data model, the Second Manager field is not configured in the "sysAllUserDirectorySetting" section

Customers can raise case with support to check if the Second Manager column is in the data model. The data model can be downloaded from provisioning and should not be confused with the corporate data model.

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration.

1. Log in to Provisioning
2. Select the company name
3. Scroll down to the Succession Management section and select Import/Export Data Model
4. Select Export file (Select 'Save' not 'Open') > Submit
5. Search for the standard element Second Manager (example):
           <standard-element id="secondManager" max-length="100" required="false" matrix-filter="false">
           <label>Second Manager</label>
6. Copy the ID and add the exact ID under the "sysAllUserDirectorySetting" section (example):
           <standard-element-ref refid="secondManager"/>
7. Save the file
8. In Provisioning, select Import File > select the file > add a comment > Submit
