2504412 - Formal Name Field Not Visible During New Hire Wizard

Formal Name field not visible on New Hire Wizard.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Name Format

1. Enable Formal Name field in Manage Business Configuration > personalInfo;
2. Set permission to it within Employee Central Effective Dated Entities;
3. Ensure no rules are hiding the field.

Formal Name field is not displayed in the New Hire Wizard on both PP3 and V2.

The field is not meant to be shown during the new hire process as the formatting according to the formatting logic is processed post save. So it wouldn't make sense to make this field visible during the hiring process.

This is not a bug. The system is working as designed and there will be no changes to this behavior as per product team.
