• While trying to activate user V4Admin via import, the following error is encountered:
  
  
• Failed to add/update user [v4admin] "System System" (N/A;N/A;N/A): Invalid User Id - "v4admin"
  
  
• After update data from user V4Admin, Check Tool identified changes as issue/warning.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

v4admin is a hardcoded inactive user that is used for system processes across the entire SuccessFactors Environment.

The user should NOT be changed as it is required for system processes and should not be used as job owner or any other tasks on the system.
