2492820 - 'Aggregation not possible. Multiple Unit/Currency used' Message Showing in Home Tile Reports

After adding a report tile to the home page, you see the message 'Aggregation not possible. Multiple Unit/Currency used' on the screen.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log into the system.
2. Go to Home and check on the Report Tiles.
3. See the message displayed 'Aggregation not possible. Multiple Unit/Currency used'.

The values of the respective key figure contain different currencies or units and aggregating these values may not bring meaningful results.

For example: If the values are 10 USD and 20 EUR, the system cannot aggregate this to 30 since the currency is unclear. So this error message is shown on the home page to prevent wrong results.

Ensure to maintain a unit/currency conversion in the report for the issued key figure. You need to ensure that the key figure shows all values in the same currency/unit, then it shows the correct aggregation on the home page.
