Before : No validation of tokens was being run (explicit or implicit) when the same was being made part of the email template.

We have introduced a new Validate Standard Tokens button on both "Recruiting Email Triggers" page and "Manage Recruiting Email Templates" page which on click runs the validation and alerts the user with warning message if the validation fails. Besides this explicit validation, implicit validation is also implemented when the user clicks on the Save button, if the validation fails the user is alerted with warning message.

Recruiting now validates the use of standard e-mail tokens when configuring Recruiting E-mail Templates. Each e-mail trigger supports different standard tokens, and the system will alert the user via a warning message when the later(user) includes unsupported standard tokens in a template.

Users can use the View Tokens button / Add Supported Tokens button to check supported tokens against the associated e-mail trigger.
