2481436 - Send e-mail notification for shared Presentations

When sharing presentations you can opt to send an email notification to the new viewer - the user you are sharing the presentation with.

Currently, you can choose to send an email notification to the new viewer, informing that a presentation is being shared.
It is also possible to customize the email that will be sent to the receiver.

1. Go to Presentations > Create a Presentation or use one already created > Click on the "Share" icon:

2. A pop-up window will be displayed and you can choose to share this presentation by adding an individual or a group of users (Dynamic Groups);
3. Select the user(s) you would like to share this presentation with;
4. The option "Send email notification to new viewers" is automatically enabled. Thus, if you do not want to send an email notification for the new viewers, you would need to disable this option:

5. You can also view and coy the URL of the presentation you are sharing, in case you choose not to send the email notification and would like to provide this information to the new viewers:

6. To customize the email, click on the button "Customize Email":

7. You can change the "Subject" and "Message" of the email notification, as well as change the font of the text in the "Message" area:

8. On "View Email Tokens" you can see all the keys available for the email notification:

9. After applying the changes, click on "Send".

An email notification is sent to the new viewer(s) and the presentation can be accessed directly through the URL provided in the email.
