2464702 - Ship-From Field not Showing Value for Sales Order

The Ship-From field in the line item is blank for some sales orders.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Select the sales order XYZ (XYZ represents the sales order ID).
4. Edit the sales order and navigate to the Items tab.
5. In line items the field Ship-From is not showing any value.

Fulfilment for this sales order is External and therefore the value is available in the Supplier field rather than in the Ship-From field.

This is a standard system behavior.
