2460821 - How to enable UserName sort in the user search results - LMS

Sometimes Customers won't be able to sort UserName in the user search results. The UserName option will be gradeout and not allow admins to sort by UserName as shown below.

This issue will be caused due to missing sort property in the user search selector configurations.

Add the below property in the user selectors using below Navigation steps.

1. System Admin >
2. Configurations >
3. Search Selectors >
4. User
5. Add the below configuration to enable UserName sort in the user search results: searchResultColumns.studentName.orderbyOptionRef=By student
6. Apply changes.
