  • What is the error message.
  • Workcenter and view for the reported issue.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue.
  • Affected Employee IDs as examples to analyze the issue.
  • What is the current system behavior?
  • Whatis the expected system behavior?
  • What are the changes performed for the affected Employee IDs?
  • Specific Business Configurations or Settings in the system with respect to the expected behavior.
  • Attach screenshots for error screen and related settings.
  • Business Impact of this issue in your company.
  • Permission to reproduce the issue.
