Symptom
- This article explains how to display the Legacy CPM Achievement column on the Goal Plan.
- Role-based permissions in Admin Center may be granted/restricted to make the Achievement column visible/hidden only for selected users or target population.

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Plan
Resolution
- To enable the Achievements column on the Goal Plan template, go to Manage Templates > select the Goal Plan
- Under General Settings, enable the "Display Continuous PM Achievements on goal plan" (this option is not available once both Latest version of CPM and Latest version of Goals is enabled, as integration is automatic: KBA 3033379 )
To grant the permission to view the Achievement column:
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
- Select the permission role, assigned to the target population, who should access the 'Continuous Performance Management Achievements' column from their Goal Plan.
- Go to User Permissions > Goals > Access to Continuous Performance Management Data.
- Click Done, and on the Permission Role List page, click Save Changes.
The Continuous Performance Management Achievement column will now appear on the Goal Plan of the selected target users only.
