2451262 - Manager cannot withdraw subordinate from registered class

Login as the manager to withdraw subordinate from the class, but system shows the message "No Subordinates can be withdrawn".

Also, you could reveive this error - "There are no users reporting to you registered for this Class"

SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)

1. Login as the supervisor
2. Click on the Register/Withdraw Employees link under Supervisor Links Tile
3. Select the class from which the user is supposed to be withdrawn
4. Message displayed as per the below screen shot:

The cause for this issue is that the subordinate that the supervisor is trying to withdraw was enrolled into the class by the LMS admin and not by the supervisor himself.

The supervisor cannot withdraw users enrolled by the system admin.
If the supervisor wants to have options to withdraw the users from a class, then the subordinate must be enrolled by the supervisor only.
