This KB article describes the lists of Recruiting To-Do tiles available on the Home Page v3 and briefly describes their functionality

Tiles Available Once v12 is Enabled

• Recruiting Approvals: The To-dos (approvals) for the user relevant to Job Requisitions and Offer Approvals are shown in this tile. Items in the tile are sorted by Due Date. Overdue items are shown first, followed by others.
• Provide Interview Feedback: Allows you to provide your Interview assessment.
• Recruiting: On the Recruiting tile, if the user is a Hiring Manager or a Recruiter, the user can use this tile to view all the Requisitions they are part of, regardless of the role. The user will be presented with the number of Requisitions on which the user is a Hiring Manager or Recruiter that are awaiting approval. Stalled Requisitions are also highlighted.

Prerequisites

• Recruiting v12 must be enabled (contact your Implementation Partner).
• The v12 Home Page must be turned on, i.e. Select Admin Tools → Company Settings → Manage Home Page.
• Users wanting to see this tile needs to have the necessary permissions, i.e. Role Based Permissions (RBP) → Homepage v3 Tile Group Permission → Homepage v3 To-Do tile group.
