Symptom

In order to process and analyse issues related to mobile apps efficiently, we should gather the following information:

  • Are you facing issue in native apps or extended apps.
  • Are you able to reproduce this issue in Mobile browser in RUI version? (kindly use below browsers based on customer device).
    • If IOS; Use Safari on device.
    • If Android; Use Chrome on device.
    • If Windows 10 for tablet; Use IE 11 on device.
    • If Windows 8.1; Use IE11 on device.
    • If Windows 10 for phone; Use Edge on device.
    • Is issue reproducible in desktop UI? (HTML5 and RUI)
  • If issue is specific in app, provide below details:
    • App version (Long press on the SAP logo in login page).
    • Mobile device version and details (ex: IPAD Air 2, Samsung Galaxy Note etc).
    • Device OS version.
  • Is it in Online / Offline version?
  • Detailed steps on how to reproduce this issue.
  • Screenshots or videos wherever applicable.
  • Business Impact the issue has on your company or for your users.
