2436927 - Manage Calibration Sessions: People tab Search By Group - Calibration

In "Manage Calibration Sessions", Subjects and Participants for a Calibration Session are selected in the People tab. It is now possible to use Dynamic Groups to select Subjects and Participants.

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

Reuse of the Dynamic Groups for selecting subjects and participants during a session set up improves efficiency. Every time a session needs to be set up for same set of people, the manual task of selection need not be repeated.

First, create the group via Main menu > Settings > Groups. The group will now be available as a filter in selecting Subjects and Participants in the People tab > Search by Group.

Please Note: If you do not see Groups in Settings, please open a support case and request to enable the feature Dynamic Groups V2 (My Groups) in Provisioning.
