2432450 - How to Delete a Question Library? - Recruiting Management

I am trying to delete a specific question library however there are no options available to do so:

• In the list of question libraries:

• And also when inside the library:

While it is possible to delete the questions within the library, you cannot delete the library itself. This is a product limitation.

At this time we do not have the functionality in place to delete question libraries.

Workaround:

A workaround is to delete all of the questions in the library in Admin Center -> Questions Libraries:

• Select question library
• Select all questions you wish to delete
• Click 'Delete'
• Repeat the same for all the languages

Once the question library is completely empty, it will no longer appear when adding questions to job requisitions.
