Symptom
Error “Cannot convert undefined or null to object” when viewing Personal Information or Payment Information.

Reproducing the Issue
When you navigate to the Personal Information Page or the Payment Information portlet for a user.
You receive the following error: “Cannot convert undefined or null to object”:
Resolution
This error is caused by one of the following:
- An MDF Country being set to "Inactive". To find the country do an MDF Export of Country and filter on inactive.
It is currently not supported to inactivate an MDF Country. - A "Null" selection is maintained on the Associated Pay Type assignment.
Navigate to the select Pay Type, in the Country Association list, see if "No Selection" appears with a delete icon beside it.Please delete or reselect a Country:
