2420708 - Cannot Add/Import User

We are trying to create a new user in the system -both manually or via the import tool but we are receiving the following error:

"The system could not add the record for one or more reasons: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CUSTOMER_DB.PK_CA_USER_COMP_DATA) violated"

Learning Management System (LMS)

There are 2 currencies currently set as default in the application:

1. References > Commerce > Currencies
2. search all active currencies
3. add field chooser " is global default"

Choose of those two currencies as your default and you will be able to create users without issues.
