Can we edit which filter options are used in the recruiting home page?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access the instance
2. Go to Recruiting Page
3. In the Job Requisition landing page, see the 'Filter Options' above the list

As designed, the fields available to be used in Filter Options and Display Options are non-configurable, with 7 standard object fields in Recruiting (Business Unit, Legal Entity, Department, Division, Cost Center, Location, and Position)

There is no way to add or remove fields from these screens, exceptions for Department, Division and Location shown below.
If the recruiting user selects a display option not configured as a field in the Requisition XML, the resulting column in the requisition's table appears blank.

You can configure the Object fields Division, Department and Location to show up in filter options in Admin Center → Manage Recruiting Settings:
