The action to delete an activity is easy and will only took 1 - 5 second. See below steps on how to delete an onboarding activity.

Classic Work Queue

1. In [ SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding 1.0]
2. Select the process in the Work-Queue you would like to delete an activity or look for the activity using the search function.
3. Once you identify the activity to be deleted, locate the delete icon "x".
   
   

4. Click the delete icon "x" and a warning message will appear to confirm the deletion.
   
   

Fiori Onboarding Work Queue

1. In [ SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding 1.0]
   
   
   
   
2. Select and filter the process in the Fiori Work-Queue you would like to delete an activity or look for the activity using the search function.
3. Once you identify the activity to be deleted, tick the checkbox of activity to be removed and click the assign function; a list of actions will show and click "Cancel Item".
   
   
   
   
4. After clicking the "Cancel Item" action, a pop-up form will appear to confirm the deletion. 
   
   
   

Additional Information

With the current offering of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0, the application does not have feature and functionality to delete Activities created by "N1 Manager - New Hire Activities Wizard" notification in bulk/mass. Please check with SAP Professional Services if you would like to delete en masse. Kindly refer to KBA 2149831

Note:

Activities created from notifications (under Notification Work Queue) cannot be deleted. Once the notification is triggered and the activity is created it is not possible to delete from the Queue.
