2413080 - How to Unlock User Account in LMS after reaching maximum attempts?

Symptom

User unable to login to LMS as he gets the below validation error message:

Environment

Successfactors LMS

Learning Management System

Resolution

Please contact your system adminstrator to unlock the acocunt.

Admins can login as LMS adminstrators and follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Users and search for the user who is locked.
2. Click on View All sections and in the Reset Password section update the locked status to No.

Now users will be able to reset the password.
