2409731 - Goal Plan State warning message - Goal Management

When launching a form for a user or routing the form, a warning popup appears:

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

This 'Warning' is not an error, but a notification.

The message is intended to inform the user of the fact that the state has previously been changed by another form and that the new form will not affect the goal plan state.

When the form being launched is using a goal template which was already linked to another form, this will give the 'warning' popup (when Goal Plan State is enabled), if the following setting is ticked in Performance Management > Manage templates:

"Avoid Goal Plan State Change by Multiple Forms"

Expected Behavior with the setting above. If you want to be able to change the goal plan state through several form, leave this option unticked.
