2404785 - FAQ- Warning Message for item revision

Customer is experiencing a warning message whenever a user starts an online item where there is a later revision available.

As their users need to read the old revision as well as the new revision, this error message is really confusing for them and needs to be hidden in their LMS instance.

Is there any configuration available to hide this warning message?

Currently, that is the expected behavior for the item revision functionality.

The item revision functionality was made to create a new improvement or new content from an old revision. In this case, you would like the user to take the old revision as well as the new one.

How it should be done for a correct function of the item revision, as a suggestion, it would be to add the old information on the new item + the new improved or new information added on the new revision and remove the old items, so the users are forced to take this new revision item. Then, inactive the old item.
