2402885 - Background Image is not applying to all Employees in People Profile

When setting the People Profile Background Image to all users in Admin Center > Configure People profile, some employees maintain different images on their profile.

1. Go To Admin Center > Configure People Profile, then in General Settings click on the "Manage background image library" link on the right pannel. 
   
2. Then select the option "Give all users the same background photo" and click on the "Make Default" link below the selected image, saving the changes afterwards.
3. You'll notice some of the employees have been set to the selected picture, but some users retained different background pictures on their profile.

This happens because the default behavior of this function is to assign the selected background image to all users that have not selected one image of their choice from the library. Those users that have already select an image will retain their image of choice, as long as it is available to be selected on the Library.

In case you want to assign an image to every user on the instance, you'll need first to remove every other image from the Library, by clicking on the Delete link below them. Note that this will only work if the employees have not selected the background image yet. In case they have already selected an image, it will continue to show, even if removed from the library.
