2400351 - The events with externalCode are missing in the picklist event - The events with externalCode [SCWK, ECWK] are missing in the picklist event. Verify that the event is configured and status has been set to ACTIVE

• When trying to import Employee Data, the system is getting an Error: "The events with externalCode [ A,B ] are missing in the picklist event"

      As an example please see the below screenshot:

• Employee Central
• Contingent Workforce

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Select Import Employee Data.
3. Select the Type and the CSV file you want to import and click on Import.
4. The system will get an error message. - The events with externalCode [SCWK, ECWK] are missing in the picklist event. Verify that the event is configured and status has been set to ACTIVE

• If "Enable Contingent Workers" option is enable in Provisioning we must have those picklist configured as the system is requesting.

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Select  Picklist Management.
3. Export the data format.
4. Save the file and open it.
5. Fill the file with the Picklists you need to add in the system, in our Example is SCWK and ECWK. If you don´t need those picklist to be showing you can fill the Status column for the new picklist as OBSOLETED.
6. Save the file and Import it in Admin Center. Make sure to select "Are all the Picklist new ? YES"

       You will be able to Import the Employee Data.
