1. Navigate to job relationship section in employee profile
2. Make some changes to the job relationship
3. Go to position and check the matrix relationships
4. Job relationship change is not synced to matrix relationship in position

Changing the job relationship of the employee will not sync to position. The sync of Matrix Position Relationship happens from the Position to the Job Relationships only, not the other way around.

Job Relationships are synced when the position matrix relationships of a position are changed, or if an employee is assigned to a position that has position matrix relationships.
