How to import labels into SAP SuccessFactors Learning?

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

To Export Labels:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > References > Manage Labels > Label Import/Export
2. Select "Export Labels"
3. Select the Locale to Export
   
    
4. Choose "add one or more from list"
5. Either select some labels from the list or choose "Select all the labels of the search results"
6. After clicking on "Add", provide a name for the file and choose to Download

To Import Labels into target System:

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > References > Manage Labels > Label Import/Export
2. Select "Import Labels"
   
   
   
   
3. Select the text file of the labels that were previously exported
   
4. Click on Next and you can see all the labels which you are trying to import.
   
   
   
   
5. Select Active Locale ID (Locale for which you want import the labels) and Use BY either
   - User (If the lable is only for user Side)
   - Admin (If the lable is only for Admin side)
   - Both (If it is used for both user and admin side). TIP: "Both" is recommended to avoid issues
   
6. Click on Finish.
