When a candidate respond to screening questions during the application process, the answers are visible to managers, but it shouldn't

According to Recruiting implementation handbook, Recruiting users with appropriate permissionts to the "questionResponse" field will see a Screening Details section on the application page, listing all the applicant’s responses to the pre-screen questions.

With that said, it is possible that your application template is configured for the operator G or GM to visualize the screening questions section.

Please reach out to your implementation partner in order to have these corrected accordingly. If you have multi stage application feature enabled, the changes must be done on Job Requisition Template, not Application.
