The application status audit trail portlet is showing all statuses even when the candidate is not moved to those statuses

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to the candidate list of open requisitions
2. Move candidate to a status with several sub statuses
3. All sub-statuses appear in the application status audit trail portlet, not just the status the candidate was moved to

By default the application status audit trail tracks every status the candidate enters and all skipped statuses in between. If the client prefers, the audit trail can omit the skipped statuses in the display.

1. Navigate to admin tools- manage recruiting settings
2. See Applicant Profile settings
3. Select feature to hide skipped status in application audit trail
4. Move candidate to another status set with multiple sub statuses
5. Audit trail now shows only statuses actually selected
