2359587 - Termination error: Unable to determine the EventReason for proposed changes

Attempting to terminate an employee who has direct reports and receive an error:  Unable to determine the EventReason for proposed changes

1. Search an employee
2. Choose Take action > Terminate
3. Choose the date and other necessary information
4. Try to save and the error occurs

The system is using'Enable Business Rules for Event Reason Derivation' for event reason derivation.

This error is caused by the system not being able to set an Event Reason for Transfer of Direct Reports 'Enable Business Rules for Event Reason Derivation' is set in provisioning.

Create a business rule to determine the event reason for a manger change only.

This rule should check that the event reason is equal to null and their has been a change to manager only. The rule should then set the desired Event Reason.
