How to set up Follow-up activity in Position on the Event Reasons?

1. This field is set on the individual Event Reasons. 
2. If you do not see the field, you will need to update it's visibility in the Corporate Data Model.
   Visibility of the field implicit-position-action in Corporate Data Model should be changed to "both". This is a field in the hris-element id "eventReason". This field should have picklist "positionActionType" assigned to it.
   
3. The picklist "positionActionType" should be configured as in the master picklist file with two values with external_code RCLS and TRAN
4. Search for the event reason for which the system should carry out the follow up activity (position reclassification / position transfer). You can search an event reason in Admin Center -> Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures.
5. Insert New Record -> Select an effective date.
6. Select either Position Reclassification or Position Transfer for the field "Follow-Up Activity in Position".
   
   

When manager will make a change in the Update Employee Records screen with the above event reason, a position reclassification will take place.
