2351983 - Move Users from Waitlist to Request List automatic process issues

The Move Users from Waitlist to Request List automatic process runs, but it does not transfer the waitlisted users to the class requests list of the item.

Please see the following points related to this automatic process that may be the cause for the situation:

• If the class is created with a start date that is already in the past then the Move Users from Waitlist to Request List automatic process will not create the class request in its next job execution.
  
  
• If the class has the start date/time changed to a date which is before when compared to the automatic process's last execution, the automatic process will not create the class request for the class in the next running.
  
  
• If the class is closed, the waitlisted users on it will be ignored by the Move Users from Waitlist to Request List automatic process.
  
  
• Once the Move Users from Waitlist to Request List targets a particular class, it will not revisit it. Therefore, users who are added to the waitlist of a class after this will not be taken into consideration.
