SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
We have uploaded an image to the RTF text box in Document Generation, and it displays fine in the UI, but when we generate a document using that template, the image does not display.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Cause
This is currently not supported by Document Generation.
Resolution
This is supported in the b1608 release for pdf documents. Its still not supported in word docs.
Work-around - you can still add an image using the URL option, but you will have to follow the size specifications added in handbook (100*200).
