SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Incorrect items assigned to users via assignment profile (AP).

1. Learning admin side >
2. Edit assignment profile through which incorrect items were assigned to users >
3. Go to Items >
4. Remove items from the assignment profile >
5. Propagate Assignment profile.

Note 1: If you have multiple assignment profile through which items were assigned then same steps need to be followed for all the APs.

Note 2: If item old revision associated with AP is inactivated, old item/course revision assigned to the users assigned by AP will be removed from user learning plan automatically by AP. This is Assignment Profile behavior.

Note 3: Courses that are already completed by the users won't be removed from Learning History, because the records are stored in a different database table.
