SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- Lumira document uses extension objects.
- The document can be viewed using Lumira Desktop as well as CMC and BI launch Pad.
- Viewing the document in iPAD, the extension objects do not show up.

- Lumira Desktop 1.31
- Lumira Server for BI Platform 1.31
- BI mobile app 6.4.5
- SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.x
Cause
- Lumira extensions are not supported on BI mobile app 6.4.5
