How to enable Name Format for People Profile and Directory Search?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Name Format

Since B1605 People Profile and Employee Directory now reflect the Name Format you have configured in Employee Central.

1. Navigate to Provisioning-> Company Settings 
2. Select the following options

• "Enable Name Format" (2274066 - How to use Name Format functionality in Employee Central)

• Enable People Search on Alternate Fields
