Report Features

Operational Data Store (ODS) data is sourced from Employee central module (including MDF data)

Provide the possibility to create your own report queries and joins based on Employee Central Data.

This is extension of Ad hoc data source with added functionality of the Workforce Analytics (WFA) reporting solutions

Calculated Columns, Pivot function

SAP SuccessFactors Learning passes data for reporting to online report designer. The data is queried on the Learning and passed to Online Report Designer.

You can use these fields to build reports.

Provides a flexible, intuitive platform for users to create custom reports and share them across the organization.

Provide a summary-level view of information in a graphical format.
The data visible in Dashboards 2.0 depends on the adhoc data layer.

Managers can click any chart to drill into list view of data behind the chart.

Legacy Reports. Recommend to use Ad Hoc or ORD reports instead! 

These legacy reports were made available in about 2006 and were replaced by more robust configurable Ad-Hoc based reports in 2011. They were very popular reports however engineering is no longer fixing some issues and encourages all clients to start using Ad-hoc reports and building out replacement reports using Ad hoc.
