Business Rule as below with Base Object 'Employee Information' does not default Global Info fields in New Hire Wizard

Reproducing the Issue
With above mention rule kept as 'onInit' , The Global Info fields are not getting defaulted in New Hire Wizard
Resolution
The Base Object should be 'Global Information Model' as shown below
