2292166 - Error while creating a job requisition from Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

A user receives an error while creating a job requisition from the Position Org Chart. The error message says:

"Creation of a requisition for position with external code <req#> on <Date of creation> failed.

Details: The Job Requisition Template <template id> does not fulfill the criteria to be used for RCM Integration. Please check that all required fields are included in the template."

1. Go to Company Info --> Position Org Chart
2. Select a position and create a Job Requisition from that Position
3. When you click "Create", an error message is received

"The Job Requisition Template <template id> does not fulfill the criteria to be used for RCM Integration. Please check that all required fields are included in the template."

If you want to create a job requisition from the Position Org Chart, you need to use RCM Integration. The Job Requisition templates used for integration must always have the following standard fields:

• id
• title
• recruiterName
• numberOpenings
• positionNumber

If any of the above standard fields is missing from the job requisition templates, the above error is received.

Make sure that the Job Requisition templates used for integration have the following standard fields:

• id
• title
• recruiterName
• numberOpenings
• positionNumber

If you want to use custom fields in RCM integration, make sure that your custom fields are visible in the API. To do this, set the attribute "Custom" to "true". If you don't, you will not be able to map data to these fields when you create the Job Requisitions from the Position Organization Chart.
