2285546 - You do not have permission to the necessary job requisition creation methods - Recruiting Management

A user clicks "Create" button to create a new job requisition, selects a relevant template and the error message appears:

You do not have permission to the necessary job requisition creation methods. Please contact your administrator to grant you the appropriate permissions.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Got to the Recruiting tab
2. Click Create Requisition 
3. You will see the message below: 

You do not have permission to the necessary job requisition creation methods. Please contact your administrator to grant you the appropriate permissions.

Recruiting permissions for requisition creation methods are not granted.

• Please modify the permissions for the affected user.

Non-RBP: Admin Center -> Manage Recruiting -> Manage Recruiting Permissions: Revoke permissions for the following options:

1. Hide "Copy Existing Job Requisition" option on the create requisition page
2. Hide "Browse Families & Roles" option on the create requisition page
3. Hide "Create New Job Requisition from Blank Template" option on the create requisition page 

RBP: Admin Center -> Manage Permission Roles -> Recruiting Permissions: Uncheck permissions for the following options:

1. Hide "Copy Existing Job Requisition" option on the create requisition page
2. Hide "Browse Families & Roles" option on the create requisition page
3. Hide "Create New Job Requisition from Blank Template" option on the create requisition page
    
• Once the "hide" permissions are revoked, the user will be able to create job requisitions using desired creation method.

Note (RBP):

• If a user has 2 different roles, and any of the above permissions is checked for one role and unchecked for the other, then the features will remain hidden.

Example:

• User has the roles "HR Manager" and "Recruiter".
• Hide "Copy Existing Job Requisition" option on the create requisition page is checked for "HR Manager", and unchecked for "Recruiter".
  
  
• The user will not be able to create new job requisitions with that feature even if one of the roles allows this.
• To resolve this, the permission must be unchecked for both roles.
