2283999 - Renaming Report Filename Output

When running a report, the filename is 'report.[fileformat]'. How can the report filename be changed?

The report filename can be changed to always output an exact name for all reports or it can be changed so it utilizes the system report name. The system report name can be found by editing a report and choosing to export. In the export screen, the File field will show the report name.

1. Access Learning Administration >
2. Navigate to System Administration >
3. Configuration >
4. System Configuration >
5. Edit REPORT_SYSTEM >
6. Find asyncEmailedReportFileName and modify the value or remove the value >
• If the value to right of the equals sign is removed, the system will utilize the system report name
• If the value to right of the equals sign is modified to something else, all reports will use the new name.
7. Click 'Apply Changes'.
