2281678 - My Classes: "Add Student" or "Add Users" button does not appear

"Add Student" button does not appear under My classes for some Classes

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to My Classes
2. Go to Past Classes
3. Select Class
4. Go to Students tab
5. Add student/Add User not visible

• If the Class is associated with any Purchasing Option then "Add User" option is not applicable for instructors.
• When there is a price and a cancellation policy, there is usually an Approval Process attached to the Item/Class.
• Instructors do not have the authority to approve requests and therefore they cannot add users to Class with a Purchasing Option other then "No Charge".

• This is expected behavior.
• Instructor can add students to past or ongoing Classes when it is not associated with any cost. Instructors will not see the button for future Classes
• Please check the Item Purchasing Options: On the Item record >Purchasing tab > Purchasing Option should be set to "No Charge"
• The Class must either inherit the Item settings or must be set to "No Charge" as well on the Class record > Purchasing tab > Purchasing Option.
