• Is SAP Jam File Sync available for extranet users? 
• If yes, how should it be configured?

SAP Jam File Sync Client can be used by extranet users.

Once they have installed the File Sync Client in their systems, the configuration required in the authentication step is as below:

• Server URL: https://jamX.sapjam.com (This is same as that for your intranet).
• Company Domain: <Your intranet company domain>.extranet
